Buying goods

If you are not satisfied with the goods you ordered at Buttonsmaken.nl, please make sure to contact us within 14 days after delivery so we can discuss the return of the goods.

It is important that goods that are to be returned are unused (a maximum of 25 button badges can be made, but only if there is no usage damage on the machine). Also, the costs for returning the goods are to be taken care of by the customer, and please make sure to use a shipper that requires us to sign for receipt of the goods.
